Buccaneers Add Two, Drop Two On Tuesday

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have claimed reserve tight end Martin Rucker off waivers from the Philadelphia Eagles and signed safety Vince Anderson, who became the first NAIA player to ever sign a professional contract in the NFL.
