Kickin' sand around the pit
So my fantasy football draft is quickly approaching. I'm armed with magazines and pundits' suggestions and mock draft data and fellow sports fans' speculation. I think The Ignorant Sluts (my FF team) are ready. There's only one question pending -- do I take a Buccaneer?
My head says "Are you nuts? Why are you even considering this?" My heart says "Aw, go for it. The Bucs are your team. All your friends who are Saints fans draft players from their team." Yes, I know there are so many reasons why that train of thinking is logically wrong. But I'm a loyal girl and I like to support my team. Even with something as innocuous as a fantasy football draft pick.
What to do, what to do.

I always *TRY* to draft at least one hometown guy...
…for the sake of karma and loyalty. But not at the expense of, you know, somebody good

Couldn't we just say...
That we are using the Buccaneers Cheerleaders as the official cheer squad of the ‘Ignorant Sluts’ team?

I know this is the Internet
I can’t stand Fantasy Football. I am a Bucs Fan and that is all. I tried the Fantasy Football thing one season. About 5 or 6 years ago. It completely ruined the season for me. How can I be watching a game involving the Bucs and have a guy on the other team on my fantasy team? How do I enjoy that? If I root for the Bucs it kills my Fantasy team and vice versa. So Screw it.

I don't disagree with RedLeg15...
…but at this point, fantasy football has it’s hooks in me. It’s definitely a love-hate relationship. Love, for about 72 hours after I complete my draft and can’t imagine going undefeated. Hate, from when the season actually starts until it’s all over.
