Terrance Knighton Injury: Jaguars DT Will Likely Miss Vs. Browns

Stay connected for news and updates

Jacksonville Jaguars defensive tackle Terrance Knighton injured his ankle a few weeks ago in the Jaguars loss to the Houston Texans. Last week, Knighton revealed that if the Jaguars didn't have a bye week and had a game, he'd have missed it because of the severity of the injury. Knighton was limited in practice all last week and was inactive against the Indianapolis ColtsAccording to John Oesher, editor of Jaguars.com, Knighton will likely miss this week's game as well.

Knighton expressed concern that he would likely not be ready to go against the Browns after practice today. Knighton, who was a third round pick by the Jaguars in the 2009 NFL Draft had started every game in his career up until last week. Missing Knighton in the middle will hurt, but the Cleveland Browns are dealing with their own injuries at running back.
