The Miami Dolphins have become one of the surprise teams in the NFL after their 0-7 start, they lead the way in this week's NFL Power Rankings among our regional teams despite losing to the Eagles.
The guys at SB Nation just came out with the Week 15 version of their 2011 NFL Power Rankings, and it doesn't involve too much movement for the three teams we cover on the Tampa Bay regional.
Let's start with the Dolphins, who are now the top ranking team in our regional, as hard as they may have been to believe before the year. They've moved up to No. 22. But they've also fired their coach.
Tony Sparano has now been fired, which means the Dolphins are looking for a coach.
The Bucs have probably been the most disappointing team in the NFL this year, and they continue their reluctant tumble down the NFL Power Rankings. This week they come in at No. 25.
My how times change. Just a few months ago Raheem Morris was the fiery head coach of an up-and-coming team and now...he might be gone at the end of the season.
Finally the Jaguars, who no one expected to be very good this season anyway. They come in at No. 29.
Blaine Gabbert may have had his best game of the season (but that's not saying much). This will be another interesting quarterback question come draft time.
