Kickin' sand around the pit
The rosters for the 2012 Pro Bowl have been announced and all three teams from Florida will be represented.
Jacksonville Jaguars running back Maurice Jones-Drew was named to the AFC squad. The selection is his third-straight to the league's all-star thanks to his 1,437 yards and eight touchdowns in 2011. Jones-Drew is joined by teammates Montell Owens (special teams), fullback Greg Jones and kicker Josh Scobee, all named alternates for the AFC according to the team.
The Miami Dolphins will send wide receiver Brandon Marshall and left tackle Jake Long to the game this year, also for the AFC squad. Long will be making his fourth-straight Pro Bowl appearance this season while Marshall will be playing in the game for the second time. Marshall has 77 receptions for 1,177 yards and six touchdowns this season.
Finally, Tampa Bay Buccaneers offensive lineman Davin Joseph has been selected to the NFC squad. His reaction, according to the team's Twitter account?
"I’d trade it in for 10 wins. If I could hand this back for 10 wins, I’d give it right back."
