Florida Vs. Arizona Final Score: Gators Escape In Overtime, 78-72

The Wildcats took a one-point 33-32 lead into halftime in a game that was back and forth after Arizona took an early lead. The Gators went on a run and took the lead back only to surrender it late right before halftime. The Gators took to the lead right away after the half when Erving Walker drilled a three-point shot to go up 35-33.

Florida held the lead for a bit, but Arizona rallied back and took the lead once again. Again Florida took the lead with a short run late in the game. After a controversial foul call that gave Arizona Wildcats Solomon Hill three shots on the free throw line, the game was sent into overtime.

In overtime, the Gators defense stifled the Arizona offense as the Gators went to the 78-72 victory. Patric Young led the way for the Gators with 25 points and 10 rebounds. The Wildcats got a nice night from Jesse Perry with 23 points and 7 rebounds.
