LeBron is a game-time decision as the Heat host the Lakers.

LeBron James was sent home by the Miami Heat this afternoon for flulike symptoms. After the five game road trip last week, it appears many Heat players have become sick, including the King who did not make it through this morning's shoot-around. James played through the illness in a 33-point performance over the San Antonio Spurs, but was unable to practice today.

According to ESPN, James was able to practice yesterday, and the Lakers are reportedly preparing for LeBron to still play this evening. Quoting his former head coach (now Lakers coach) Mike Brown, "When you talk about great players like him, those guys, even though they're sick or a little injured or whatever, they find a way to perform at a high level. I don't think it's any different for LeBron."

Losing James for the evening would be a set back for the Heat, who have played the last four games without Dwyane Wade due to a sprained ankle.
