Florida Atlantic is hoping to end a lengthy losing streak.
The Florida Atlantic Owls will try to end a six-game losing streak when they host the Troy Trojans on Saturday night. The Owls have not won a game since Aug. 31, and they're coming off a 37-34 double overtime loss to South Alabama. The Trojans are 4-3 this season and come into the game after a 38-37 win over Florida International.
Florida Atlantic ranks 111th in total offense nationally and 116th in scoring offense; the Owls have been held to 17 points or fewer on five occasions. The team is No. 79 in total defense, No. 102 in rushing defense and No. 112 in pass efficiency defense.
Troy comes in ranked No. 22 in total offense, and the Trojans are averaging over 300 passing yards per game. The Trojans rank 67th in total defense.
