Stay connected for news and updates

In a battle of two bowl eligible teams with ACC title ambitions, the No. 12 Florida State Seminoles lead the Duke Blue Devils, 17-0, after one quarter.

Florida State's first score was on an 71 yard EJ Manuel touchdown pass to Rashad Greene. Manuel just completed one other of his six pass attempts in the first quarter, for 96 total passing yards.

The Seminoles' next score would come from a 75 yard touchdown return by Tyler Hunter of a Will Monday punt. One drive later, Dustin Hopkins would make a 26 yard field goal for the 'Noles, expanding the Florida State lead to 17.

The Blue Devils, on the other hand, have had some trouble moving the ball with their offense, gaining just 65 total yards during the first quarter. The Blue Devils will have the ball at the beginning of the second quarter, on the Blue Devils' 32 at third-and-six.
