With USF struggling at 0-4 in Big East play, Rutgers and Louisville remain atop the Big East standings.

As we head into November, the Big East hits the meat of its conference schedule, and with just two teams remaining without a loss in conference, play, the race will come down to some key matchups in the late season.

In a weekend that saw 11 undefeateds whittled down to six, the Big East's Rutgers Scarlet Knights (7-1, 4-0) were among the teams that saw an unblemished record blemished. But because the loss was to the Toledo Rockets, the Scarlet Knights stay undefeated and remain in play for the Big East title.

The Louisville Cardinals, at 3-0, sit right behind the Scarlet Knights, with the Syracuse Orange, at 3-1 in conference play, in third place after a victory over the South Florida Bulls. The Bulls remain in the conference's cellar at 0-4 in-conference after their tough, one-point loss at the hands of the Orange.
