Both Dmitry Kulikov and Victor Hedman's KHL squads stay competitive in the KHL's regular season race.
Tampa Bay Lightning defenseman Dmitry Kulikov's Lokomotiv Yaroslavl are keeping pace in the KHL standings as the season hits its stretch run, as Lokomotiv is just two points behind West Confernece leader Dynamo Msk after 20 games played.
The Lightning's Victor Hedman, also a defenseman, has helped his Barys Astana to a seventh-place position in the East Conference, eight points back of conference-leading Traktor.
The KHL hosts a 52-game regular season followed by a 16-team playoff, where the Gagarin Cup is awarded.
