The Magic will open up the preseason against the Hornets.
The Orlando Magic will get the preseason underway when they take on the New Orleans Hornets Sunday afternoon in Mexico City.
Tip-off is scheduled for 2:30 pm EST.
Al Harrington (knee), Quentin Richardson (stomach flu) and Ish Smith (shoulder) didn't make the trip. Both Harrington and Smith are recovering from offseason surgery. Arron Afflalo (hamstring), Christian Eyenga (hamstring) and Moe Harkless (sports hernia) will also miss the game.
