Magic vs. Suns: Jameer Nelson Will Not Play

According to John Denton of OrlandoMagic.com, Magic point guard Jameer Nelson will not play in Sunday's game against the Phoenix Suns.

Nelson has a strained right hamstring and groin and is officially listed as "day-to-day" by Magic officials.

E'Twaun Moore, who scored 13 points, grabbed five rebounds and dished out three assists Friday, will start in his place. Ish Smith will handle the backup duties. Smith was scoreless in five minutes Friday.

Undrafted rookie DeQuan Jones will get the start at small forward, filling in for Hedo Turkoglu.

Gustavo Ayon, who has been out with a thumb injury, is expected to play.
