The Crimson Tide got back to work with two practices after Christmas as they get ready to take on the Fighting Irish on Jan. 7.
After enjoying the holidays, the Alabama Crimson Tide returned to the practice field for two workouts after Christmas as they focus on the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and the BCS National Championship Game.
On Wednesday, Alabama practiced for 90 minutes in helmets and pads inside the Hank Crisp Indoor Facility. The team then practiced again on Thursday and Friday in full pads.
The Crimson Tide will work out one more time before the new year with a practice scheduled for Saturday afternoon. Following two days off, Alabama will get back to work on Jan. 1 and 2 before leaving for Miami.
The last time Alabama played in a game was in the SEC Championship against the Georgia Bulldogs on Dec. 1. With a late stop on Georgia's final drive, the Crimson Tide earned a trip to the national championship with a 32-28 win.
Alabama and Notre Dame will square off for the national title at Sun Life Stadium in Miami Gardens on Jan. 7.
