Pat Forde and Graham Watson of Yahoo Sports are both picking Georgia to win, and all six of the experts at CBSSports.com are also predicting that the Bulldogs will be victorious. Matt Hinton is the lone expert at CBS that is picking Nebraska will cover the spread.

Georgia is favored by nine points over Nebraska.

Georgia is coming off a 32-28 loss to Alabama, which dropped the team to 11-2 on the season and out of the BCS Bowl conversation. Nebraska was favored to go to the Rose Bowl, but lost to Wisconsin by 39 points in the Big Ten Championship game.

Georgia is only giving up 18.8 points per game this year, which ranks 17th in the country. Nebraska is averaging 35.1 points per game this season.
