It appears as though Dwight Howard may be officially off the trade market this season. According to a report, he has told the Magic he will not opt-out of his contract and will stay in Orlando for the 2012-13 season.

Howard must submit the paperwork to make his decision official. If he does, he will be with the Magic through the 2012-13 year. While it appeared that Howard was the big fish before NBA the trade deadline, if this report is true, it looks as though trade speculation just got a bit more boring just a day before the deadline.
