The Orlando Magic held a lead over the Denver Nuggets at halftime, but squandered the lead in the second half as the Nuggets came back to win 104-101. Jameer Nelson finished up the game leading the Magic in scoring with 27 points and 5 assists, while Dwight Howard picked up another double-double with 18 points and 16 rebounds. Ryan Anderson nearly picked up a double-double with 20 points and 9 rebounds while J.J. Redick picked up 15 points off the bench.
All the scoring wasn't enough to overcome the late lead the Nuggets took, thanks in part to the scoring of Ty Lawson, who picked up 25 points and 9 assists on the night. Arron Affalo also picked up 22 points while Andre Miller picked up 15 points off the bench. Newly acquired JaVale McGee didn't get much going in the game, scoring just two points and grabbing seven rebounds.

After a slow start, the Orlando Magic have clawed back against the Denver Nuggets, however they trail 48-42 at halftime.
The Nuggets have come out on fire led by Ty Lawson who leads the team with 13 points on 5-of-6 shooting. Denver is shooting 57.1 percent from the floor and the Magic are having trouble stopping them on defense.
Glen Davis is the only Magic player to reach double-digits with 11 points as the team is missing Dwight Howard who has not played yet tonight. Orlando has done a good job capitalizing off Denver mistakes, as they have - points off turnovers. Look for them to continue to push the tempo in the second half.
