Stan Van Gundy Sends Dwight Howard Get Well Wishes

The complicated relationship between Orlando Magic Head Coach Stan Van Gundy and Magic forward Dwight Howard is no secret. With Howard undergoing season-ending surgery, Van Gundy sent a get-well text message. According to John Denton, Howard hasn't taken it with open arms.

Although the two don't get along, you would think that Howard would have the common courtesy to take a fraction of a second to send a 'thanks' in response. Howard, who will most likely be leaving the Magic after this season, has done tremendous things for the franchise, but appears to be leaving on an incredibly sour note. This has become just another chapter in the soap opera that fans and players want to see end.
