NBA Playoffs 2012, Pacers Vs. Magic Game 2: Orlando Leads Indiana By 2 At Half

After scoring an upset in Game 1, the Magic came out much less efficient on offense in Game 2 but still took a two-point lead into the locker room. Orlando's Glen Davis has been impressive yet again, filling the void of Dwight Howard as best he can. Davis scored 14 points in the first half, picking up poor outside shooting from Orlando's guards. He did most of his work on the inside, drawing fouls against Indiana's front line and getting to the charity strip eight times.

Despite shooting 32 percent from the field, the Magic stayed in it by pounding the glass and continuing to lock down on the defensive end. The Magic had 12 offensive rebounds and ten extra possessions in the first half which made up for the poor shooting. Orlando out-rebounded Indiana by five in the first 24 minutes, continuing to take it to what many considered a darkhorse candidate to make some noise in the Eastern Conference. David West scored ten points but he was the only Pacer in double figures.

Orlando will look to continue to hit the glass, keeping Indiana on their heels to take a commanding 2-0 lead in the series.
