2012 Frozen Four, Boston College Vs. Minnesota: Game Time, TV Schedule And More

The 2012 Frozen Four gets underway on Thursday afternoon with the two semifinal match ups, but the juiciest game will probably be played in the nightcap. Minnesota will take on the No. 1 team in the land, Boston College, at the St. Pete Times Forum in Tampa. The game starts at 8 pm and can be seen on ESPN2. For a preview of this matchup, here's Tyler Johnson of the Examiner.

The BC Eagles are the hotter team coming into this matchup. They have the talent, the experience and the intangibles that a team needs to win an NCAA title. They are rightly considered the favorite going into the matchup with the Gophers on Thursday evening. But the Gophers are not to be dismissed out of hand. BC may be the hotter team but they aren’t by much.

Boston College might be the favorite, but anything can happen in the Frozen Four (Ferris State and Union making it, for example).
