The Tampa Bay Rays are coming off a series loss to the Yankees, and now they have to battle for first place with the surprising Baltimore Orioles.
The Tampa Bay Rays have to take a little trip down I-95 from New York City to Baltimore for a series against the Orioles. The first game is on Friday night, first pitch is scheduled for 7:05 pm ET. The Rays will be sending Jeremy Hellickson to the mound, and you can find the game on Sun Sports.
Normally this kind of series with the baltimore Orioles would be a nice little vacation to the Charm City for the Rays, but the Orioles have gotten out to an incredibly fast start this year and are actually tied for first place in the division. With three games this weekend, the winner of this series will emerge as the new leader in the AL East.
We'll have plenty more on this game throughout the weekend here on SB Nation Tampa Bay, so keep it locked to this StoryStream for all of the latest news and available updates.
