Jose Reyes had three hits and scored one run while Logan Morrison, Giancarlo Stanton and Gaby Sanchez all had two hits each with Stanton, Sanchez and Hanley Ramirez registering RBI's for the Marlins, but it wouldn't be enough as the New York Mets took the second game in the weekend series by a final score of 9-3.

David Wright led the way for the Mets with four hits and three RBI's as he continues to remain hot during New York's campaign, batting .402 on the year thus far.

The Mets knuckleballer R.A. Dickey earned his fifth win of the year while Miami's Ricky Nolasco is credited with the loss, his first.
