And the rout is on. The U.S. men's national soccer team now leads Scotland, 5-1 in the second half after a flurry of goals -- two coming by way of Landon Donovan (his 48th and 49th of his career for the USA) and another from Jermaine Jones.
Donovan's two goals give him the hat trick and give the Americans a comfortable lead over the Scottish. Here are shots of both goals from the midfielder, the former his second of the evening and the latter his third.
