The third round of the French Open begins early Friday morning at Roland Garros, with the No. 1 ranked men's and women's players in action. Novak Djokovic will face Frenchman Nicolas Devilder in the fourth match of the day on the main Lenglen Court. Djokovic will be followed by No. 1 Victoria Azarenka taking on Aleksandra Wozniak in what should be the final match of the day.
Also in action on the men's side is No. 3 Roger Federer who now gets Nicolas Mahut, best known for his marathon loss to John Isner two years ago at Wimbledon. Mahut knocked out Andy Roddick in the first round on Sunday but Federer is still a heavy favorite and expected to advance. Perhaps the best match of the day will feature No. 3 Agnieszka Radwanska, who's coming off a convincing win over Venus Williams, taking on Svetlana Kuznetsova who has been sharp through the first two rounds.
