The pairings have been announced for the College World Sereis with Florida taking on South Carolina while Florida State will be facing Arizona.
The 2012 College World Series field is almost set, and with six of the eight spots already filled out a partial schedule has been released. The 66th annual College World Series begins on June 15-26 with Florida making their third straight appearance to Omaha. While this is Florida State's third appearance in the past five years, the last two appearances were in 2008 and 2010.
No. 3 seeded Florida St. Seminoles will take on the Arizona Wildcats out of the Pac-12 on Friday June 15 at 9 p.m. ET, and the game will be broadcast on ESPN2 and online at ESPN3.
While the No. 1 seeded Florida Gators began play on Saturday June 16 at 9 p.m. ET against No. 8 seeded South Carolina Gamecocks, this game will be on ESPN as well as on ESPN3.
