Heat Start Game 5 With LeBron James To Dwyane Wade Alley-Oop

Stay connected for news and updates

The Miami Heat jumped out to an early lead in the first quarter of Game 5 against the Celtics, and the crowd was instantly ignited by a big backdoor alley-oop from LeBron James to Dwyane Wade. As they have so often this season, James read Wade perfectly and lobbed a pass over the defense right to Wade as he came down the baseline. It was part of a quick 7-0 run to start the game.

Perhaps more encouraging for Miami was the return of the third member of the "Big 3." Chris Bosh came to the scorer's table to a rousing ovation at the five-minute mark.
