Preseason watch list for college football awards continue to appear this week. On Wednesday, America's finest young legs had their day in the sun, with the release of watch lists for the Lou Groza Award and the Ray Guy Award, recognizing the top kickers and punters in college football. Once again, several Florida schools were well represented.

Names on the Lou Groza Award watch list, for the best kicker, include:

• Maikon Bonani, USF
• Jack Griffin, FIU
• Dustin Hopkins, Florida State
• Caleb Sturgis, Florida
• Jake Wieclaw, Miami

No players from the handful of major college football programs in the state of Florida made an appearance on the Ray Guy Award watch list, honoring the best punter.
