Sanya Richards-Ross won the gold medal in the women's 400m at the 2012 Summer Olympics, adding to hear families trophy collection which includes two Super Bowl rings. Richards-Ross is married to Jacksonville Jaguars cornerback Aaron Ross, who won two Super Bowls as a member of the New York Giants. After Sanya's success at the 2012 Summer Games, the WE network has picked up a pilot for a reality show chronicling her preparation for the Olympics.
The TV pilot stems from a development deal WE had with unscripted production company Good Clean Fun (Tia & Tamera). It was shot in Austin before Richards-Ross left for London and offers an insider's look at her rigorous training regime as well as her personal life.
The show will feature some of her personal life as well, including the fierce competitive rivalry between Sanya Richards-Ross and her husband Aaron Ross, who are both elite level athletes.
