The cause of Chad Johnson's arrest for domestic violence? Condoms. Lots of condoms. A whole box of 'em, apparently.

The Miami Dolphins wideout was arrested earlier Saturday night after head-butting his new wife Evelyn Lozadawhile in a vehicle. Lozadawhile, a star on VH1's "Basketball Wives" series, was taken to the hospital afterwards for a laceration that was described to be "pretty good-sized." Johnson, though, claimed, when speaking with Davie (Fla.) police officers, that they butted heads by accident during the argument.

It doesn't get much better for Johnson. The Dolphins wideout will remain in custody for at least the next day and won't be eligible for release until a bail hearing is set, which could be as late as Monday, Cpt. Dale Engle told NFL.com Saturday evening.
