The Tampa Bay Rays head to Los Angeles to take on the Angels in a four-game series.
The Tampa Rays are heading to the West Coast to take on the Los Angeles Angels in a four-game series. The Rays are coming off of the wrong side of a perfect game against the Mariners, and have also lost two straight games. The Angels are struggling themselves over their past few games.
The pitching matcup has the Angels sending out Dan Haren who has lost his last two starts including a very poor outing against the Seattle Mariners in his last start. Haren lasted only 3.1 innings and gave up five runs and earned the loss.
The Rays are sending out their ace David Price who has an ERA under three and has 15 wins as well. Price has actually gone 1-2 over his last three starts, but even in those games he has pitched well and gave up only five runs in those games.
