The Tampa Bay Buccaneers were one good fourth quarter against the New York Giants away from a 2-0 start, but instead their collapse on Sunday has them with an even record this season. They will look to atone for last week's mistakes against another NFC East opponent, the Dallas Cowboys, on Sunday.

Despite the impressive start for Tampa Bay, experts are still pessimistic. At CBSSports.com, Mike Freeman is the only one of the eight experts to take the Buccaneers on the road.

Of the four experts who have picked at ESPN.com, no one has backed the Buccaneers.

And the Yahoo! Users are no different, as they too have picked Dallas for Sunday.

While support has been for Dallas, the Cowboys have been one of the most inconsistent teams in the NFL over the past few seasons, and an upset cannot be ruled out.
