Not to be outmatched, Florida State quickly moved the ball down the field on the next drive, tying the game on a 13-yard run by Lonnie Pryor. E.J. Manuel had the key play on the drive, scrambling for a 28-yard gain to move Florida State into the red zone.
On Clemson's next drive, the Tigers moved inside Florida State's 20, but looked to be settling for a field goal on 4th and one. They faked it, and were given the first down. The play was reviewed, but ultimately upheld. Look here to decide for yourself whether Clemson made it or not:
Two plays later, Andre Ellington scored on a six yard run up the middle to put Clemson in the lead. Florida State then took 11 plays to drive the ball 57 yards down the field, but Dustin Hopkins missed a 44 yard field goal wide right.
