Sports On TV, 9/24: Monday Night Football Flies Solo

Stay connected for news and updates

With the Miami Marlins and Tampa Bay Rays off on Monday, the night will only have one live sports event. Monday Night Football between the Green Bay Packers and the Seattle Seahawks will cap off week three in the NFL.

NFL: Green Bay Packers at Seattle Seahawks, 8:30 p.m., ESPN: A pair of 1-1 teams trying to keep pace in their respective divisions. A Packers win would tie them with the Chicago Bears and Minnesota Vikings in the NFC North. A Seahawks win would keep them one game back of the 3-0 Arizona Cardinals. The Packers have had longer to prepare for the Monday night game after beating the Chicago Bears last Thursday, 23-10. The Seahawks are coming off a 27-7 thumping of the Dallas Cowboys.
