Tampa Bay Buccaneers cornerback E.J. Biggers will finally make his 2012 debut for the team on Sunday against the Washington Redskins after being out with a broken foot since the first training camp practice in late July.

Other Bucs listed as questionable or probable for Sunday are cornerbacks Anthony Gaitor and Leonard Johnson, as well as linebacker Dekoda Watson.

For Biggers, the process of getting back on the field was more mind over matter than anything:

"I kept myself in the film room and the coaches kept me in all the meetings," Biggers said, courtesy of the Tampa Bay Times. "I did everything the team was doing. I just couldn't go on the field. It's about keeping your mind into it. Derrick Brooks told me that when he came out here one day. As long as you keep your mind at the speed of the game, your body is going to follow. ..."

The Redskins will also have a key defensive back play his first game of the season. Brandon Meriweather injured his left knee during the preseason and hasn't been able to contribute on the field for his new team. Wide receiver Pierre Garcon (foot) and left tackle Trent Williams (knee) are both listed as questionable for Sunday.
