SEC Football Standings 2012: Florida, Georgia lead tight East division race

With three teams at 3-0 in SEC play, the SEC East race is already among the nation's best.

A handful of teams remain undefeated in the SEC as the conference enters the meat of its schedule, with marquee matchups on tap nearly every week.

The Florida Gators share the East division lead in the SEC with the South Carolina Gamecocks and Georgia Bulldogs. The teams are all ranked among the nation's best but will have just one spot in the SEC Championship Game available to them at season's end.

The West division is nearly as tight, as the LSU Tigers, Alabama Crimson Tide and Mississippi State Bulldogs are all undefeated in early action.
