The Seminoles earned a three seed in the 2012 NCAA Tournament and will face St. Bonaventure in their first game.
The 2012 NCAA Tournament bracket and field has been announced, and the Florida State Seminoles will receive a three seed in the East region. The Seminoles' first opponent will be the St. Bonaventure, and they will play on Friday in Nashville. If the Seminoles win their first matchup, they will face the winner of No. 6 Cincinnati and No. 11 Texas on Sunday.

The Seminoles earned the three seed by winning the ACC Tournament title in impressive fashion, defeating Duke and North Carolina in the span of 24 hours. The Noles enter the tournament with a ton of momentum, solidifying themselves as a force to be reckoned with along the likes of the Devils and Heels.
