Third-ranked Florida State hits the road to face North Carolina State for its first ACC road game with the chance to extend its lead in the division.
For N.C. State (3-2, 0-1), this could also be its last chance to stay in the Atlantic Division race.
The Seminoles (5-0, 2-0) have already beaten Clemson at home, and a win against N.C. State on Saturday night would give the preseason ACC favorite victories against the two teams projected to be their biggest challengers for the division crown.
FSU lost at N.C. State's place the last time they visited two years ago, but this is a much different team that has vastly improved. Seminoles head coach Jimbo Fisher said he knows his team will have its hands full and that it will take real focus to have a great game, but he's confident in the way his players have approached this week.
The Seminoles are 17-point favorites in this game, which can be seen at 8 p.m. on ESPN2.
