The No. 13 Florida State Seminoles will try to win its second ACC Championship game since 2005 when they play unranked Georgia Tech on Saturday at 8 p.m.
The Seminoles enter the championship game with a 10-2 overall record and a 7-1 record in the ACC. Florida State's only two losses of the season came against North Carolina State in October and Florida in the last game of the regular season.
Georgia Tech has had a tougher path to the ACC Championship game. The Yellow Jackets are 6-6 overall this season and 5-3 in the ACC. The Jackets were 3-5 to start the season before winning three of their final four games of the year. Their last loss came against No. 3 Georgia, 42-10, on Saturday.
This is Florida State's third appearance in an ACC Championship game. The Seminoles are 1-1, with the only win coming in the inaugural game in 2005. They upset No. 5 Virginia Tech, 27-22.
This will also be Georgia Tech's third appearance in an ACC Championship game. The Yellow Jackets are 1-1.
Saturday's game will take place at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, N.C.
