Beljan shot a 3-under 69 on Sunday to lock up the win, just two days after he had to go to the hospital for an extreme panic attack.
Matt Every and Robert Garrigus finished tied for second at 14-under, and Brian Gay finished alone at 13-under par. Boo Weekley shot 5-under in the final round to make it to 12-under for the tournament.
Tim Herron, who finished at 11-under, also ensured his card for next year by finishing 124 on the money list. Jerry Kill finished outside the top 125, but will get an exemption based on his career winnings. Rod Pampling and Billy Mayfair fell out of the top 125 this weekend after missing the cut on Friday.
