Lions vs. Jaguars 2012 injury report: Dwight Lowery, MJD out for Jacksonville

Andy Lyons

Dwight Lowery and Maurice Jones-Drew are among the Jacksonville Jaguars who will miss Sunday's game against the Detroit Lions. There is no timetable for MJD's return from a foot injury.

The Jacksonville Jaguars take on the Detroit Lions on Sunday, and Friday's injury report details just who is likely to contribute to that effort. As with last week, Maurice Jones-Drew is the most notable name on Jacksonville's side. The star running back is sidelined with a foot injury and it is unclear when he will return. Blaine Gabbert is again listed on Jacksonville's injury report, but given the season-high 303 yards he threw for at Green Bay, Jags fans probably shouldn't be too concerned.

On the Lions' side, wide receiver Calvin Johnson is listed as questionable, a favorable sign for the Jacksonville defense. The complete injury report for both teams is below.
