Week 10 NFL odds: Colts vs. Jaguars

Andy Lyons

The Jaguars are 0-4 against the spread in their last four home games.

While short weeks are typically an advantage for the home team, in the case of the Jacksonville Jaguars, perhaps they'd be a more favorable selection if they were the road team. The Jaguars have been outscored 126-34 at EverBank Field and are three-point underdogs against the Indianapolis Colts for Thursday's Week 10 game.

The Colts enter the game with the statistical advantage in virtually every category against their 1-7 AFC South rival. However, the only win of the season for the Jaguars came in Week 3 against the Colts. Blaine Gabbert found Cecil Shorts III for an 80-yard touchdown through the middle of the Indianapolis defense in the final minute of the game to take the lead and preserve the victory.

At 42.5, the over/under for the game is one of the lower marks of the Week 10 games, but it is more of an indictment of the pair of offenses. The Colts rank in the bottom 10 teams of the league at putting points on the board despite the strong play of rookie Andrew Luck, while the Jaguars are the worst team in the NFL at scoring.
