The Jaguars are coming off a tough 14-10 loss last week to the Cleveland Browns, a game in which Jacksonville failed to score on two possessions from the one yard line in the final seconds.
Houston will be lead by Matt Leinart at quarterback on Sunday, and for the foreseeable future, as start Matt Schuab is out for the season with a right foot injury.
The Jaguars have won four games in a row at home in this series, with the last three being decided by seven points or less.
