There were no major surprises with the Jaguars inactive list released Sunday morning. Most notably, the Jags will be without safety Dwight Lowery as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers visit EverBank Field. Lowery adds to the list of infirm in the Jacksonville secondary, which is coming off a game against San Diego where they were exposed by Philip Rivers and will now be dealing with the return of Josh Freeman for Tampa. Chris Prosinski will make the first start of his career in place of Lowery.

Taylor Price, who was just picked up this week after being waived by New England, will be inactive for a wide receiving corps that is in desperate need of speed.
