The Jacksonville Jaguars will be without nearly all of their defensive ends against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday.
The Jacksonville Jaguars got back to the practice field today after losing on Monday Night to the San Diego Chargers. In the loss, the Jaguars took another hit to their defensive line losing defensive end John Chick for the season with a patella injury. It's another in the line of injured defensive ends for the Jaguars. Aaron Kampman and Matt Roth once again missed practice today. Roth is still dealing with concussion symptoms and both are listed as "day-to-day".
The Jaguars had four other players that were limited in practice, but all are expected to be available on Sunday.
TE Marcedes Lewis (ankle), OT Guy Whimper (thigh), WR Cecil Shorts III (hamstring), S Dwight Lowery (shoulder)
After the firing of wide receivers coach Johnny Cox, Shorts had worked his way into the line up as a kick returner and gotten more reps as a receiver, including catching his first touchdown pass against the Chargers.
