Stay connected for news and updates

One of the two biggest names that were holding out for the Jacksonville Jaguars finally signed on Monday. Kicker Josh Scobee signed a four-year deal with the Jaguars worth $3.45 million per year, according to a tweet by Florida Times-Union Jaguars beat writer, Tania Ganguli.

Scobee's deal now puts him as the third-highest paid kicker in the NFL behind Oakland Raiders kicker Sebastian Janikowski and Cleveland Browns kicker Phil Dawson.

Now the Jaguars only have to worry about putting a deal together for running back Maurice Jones-Drew and then all the players that they need to have ready for the 2012 season will be under contract.
