Stay connected for news and updates

According to Mark Long, AP writer for the Jacksonville Jaguars, defensive end George Selvie is expected to miss some time on the field with a knee sprain:

Selvie was injured in the third quarter of Jacksonville's Thursday night loss to the Baltimore Ravens at M&T Bank Stadium. The 25-year old who played his college ball at the University of South Florida, came into training camp expected to start opposite veteran Jeremy Mincey at defensive end. But in two preseason games thus far, Selvie has been a virtual non-factor.
