Jaguars Cut WR Brian Robiskie, TE Colin Cloherty, Sign Two

Stay connected for news and updates

The Jaguars acted quickly to shore up depth after three offensive linemen were injured in Sunday's 26-23 loss to the Minnesota Vikings:

Jacksonville faces one of the best pass-rushing teams in the league this Sunday in the Houston Texans, who boast J.J. Watt, Antonio Smith and Brian Cushing coming off the edge, among others. The offensive tackle injuries, then, come at as inopportune a time as possible for the Jaguars. Taylor, a 2007 sixth-round draft pick by the Kansas City Chiefs, will provide another body at the position for this Sunday, at least.

Robiskie played his first three seasons with the Cleveland Browns but played in just six games during the 2011 season, catching three passes for 25 yards. The Ohio State product played in Sunday's game against Minnesota but did not receive a single target.
