The Jags looking for their first win of the season when AFC South opponents Jacksonville and Indianapolis meet on Sunday.

The Jacksonville Jaguars are looking for their first win of the season when they face the Indianapolis Colts and No. 1 overall draft pick Andrew Luck in an AFC South clash. Jacksonville dropped its season opener on the road in overtime against the Minnesota Vikings and fell big to the Houston Texans on Sunday at home.

A win against the Colts would not only be the Jags' first of the season, but it would help them avoid going 0-2 against division opponents. The upcoming schedule does Jacksonville no favors, as the Jags face a 2011 playoff team, the Cincinnati Bengals, in Week 4 and a playoff-favorite, the Chicago Bears, in Week 5.

The Colts won their first game of the season on Sunday against the Vikings. Indy did not win a game last season until Week 15.
