Jaguars Injury Report: Laurent Robinson, Montell Owens Suffer Concussions

Stay connected for news and updates

A pair of Jacksonville players suffered head injuries in Sunday's victory over the Indianapolis Colts. Wide receiver Laurent Robinson and running back Montell Owens both had to leave Sunday's game with concussions, and neither returned to action in Week 3. Both players are scheduled to undergo further tests on Monday.

Robinson was injured early in the first quarter against the Colts. Rookie Kevin Elliott was called on to replace Robinson and had two receptions for 24 yards in the game. Those were the first two receptions of Elliott's career.

Robinson has caught eight passes this season for 115 yards. Owens had not yet carried the ball in 2012, but he did have one reception on the season for 8 yards.
