The Miami Dolphins lost to the Arizona Cardinals in overtime on Sunday, but they can be encouraged by a performance that saw them out-gain the Cardinals by more than 180 yards, without suffering any major injuries.

The team had plenty of bumps and bruises heading into Week 4, including Reggie Bush's knee injury. Bush was able to participate in the game Sunday and finished with 67 yards on 17 carries. Miami's offense was primarily fueled by quarterback Ryan Tannehill, who threw for 431 yards.

Cornerback Richard Marshall, wide receiver Marlon Moore, linebacker Austin Spitler and defensive lineman Tony McDaniel have also been nursing injuries.

The Dolphins return to action in Week 5 with a pivotal game at the Cincinnati Bengals. A loss there would drop Miami to 1-4. Some better luck would help Miami turn things around, as the team's last two defeats have been by a combined six points.
